On a previous Temu order I payed 15% duty and VAT. On my latest Temu order I'm asked to pay 40% duty and VAT !! How on earth can such an increase be possible and acceptable ??
Having ordered goods from Temu, I had the shock of my life to have to pay 40% duty and VAT !! FORTY PERCENT on top of the cost price !!!
I app**** for car finance and was declined (yet again) although I fulfil ALL requirements (and MORE). I requested a reason for the decline and received a referance : Re: C-59131452. I am still waiting for a response ??
FNB charged me for a cash transaction on my credit card. I was aware that a cost would be incurred so paid accordingly. Then, the following month, they charged me again and try to convince me that they have the right to expect me to pay AGAIN !! How many times are they allowed to charge you for a transaction ??
I have been trying for days to uncover how to apply for the 65+ customer discount. The DSTV website tells you about the option but not how to apply for it. So, I sent numerous emails to the DSTV help line and had numerous useless replies. EVERY response starts with the same excuse : "we tried to phone you but were sent to voice mail" which is TOTALLY UNTRUE !! None of the responses gave me any information on how to proceed with my application for the 65+ discount, they either don't know or are instructed not to tell ????
I ordered the goods, received confirmation and arrival was 10 days later. The goods were in perfect condition and I'm happy with the whole process.
Wesbank and Jatour SA have a joint venture to attract buyers of the Jatour Dashing SUV. The 'deal' offers vehicle finance via Wesbank at a rate of 7.9%. I app**** for this attractive 'deal' via Jatour Northcliff and my application was refused by Wesbank. I have no financial issues and the repayment ammount would easily be covered. I have asked Wesbank for the reason for refusal and, as yet, I've had no response, they just revert me to Jatour Northcliff.
