Complaint

My Aunt bought shoes at Rage on the 4th of this month wje she wore them they were not comfortable ahe went for exchange today.

A lady called Nompilo refused to help her she ended up leaving the shoes at their shop without refund.

Please help their policy on the slip says products can be returned for exchange or refund withini 30 days of purchase but they refused to help her.
