I made a payment on 29/9/25 and sent proof of payment and location and also received an sms confirmation that they received the payment. The installation was scheduled for 8/10/25 after numerous calls asking them when is installation happening they apologised and said it was not captured. Yesterday installation did not happen and no one informed me about the problem when I called them they told me that the payment was not verified that is the reason my installation did not happen

My Aunt bought shoes at Rage on the 4th of this month wje she wore them they were not comfortable ahe went for exchange today. A lady called Nompilo refused to help her she ended up leaving the shoes at their shop without refund. Please help their policy on the slip says products can be returned for exchange or refund withini 30 days of purchase but they refused to help her.
