Crash into my Honda

I have parked my Honda Civic On the 06/07/2021 at 13:29 in a normal parking lot in front of the car shop by China Town Sable Square. I got out of the car and were sitting next to my car in the Wheelchair. Guy drove a Truck backwards and has scratch my Honda Civic 2008 rear bumper. As he got closer and closer I then start to shout to get his attention. People in the shop has came out to see the scratch and the Driver took off without getting out. The Person who got out of the shop his working at China Town. He told me but it's one of they drivers who bump into my car and he will be back. I then waited for the driver... He finally came back and park the Truck at the same spot. I have waited long enough and now I am going to leave this in Hellopeter hands please. The best part is that the Driver told me his learning how to drive the truck.
