Unwilling to sort out their mistake.

Booked on 07/02/2026 on the SafariNow website. Websire showed a room that meets my requirements for a discounted amount. I selected book now. And the payment went through.

Their website glitched and booked the incorrect accomodation. I arrived at the accomodation only to fins out the incorrect accomodation was booked and that if I wanted the correct accomodation I will pay in R 1026.54 now Safari now is saying their website is fool proof and there is no way that this could of happened.

The place that I am staying at has informed me that 2 weeks ago they requested safari now to correct the errors on the website which it hasnt. As suxh I am now out of pocket R 1026.54 which is an expense that was avoidable had safari now jusy done what was instructed.

No call centre to speak to a physical human. Instead have to email and get a response within 24 to 48 hours. Unnaceptable.

Do not use safari Now. Bordering on ***** and just shrug their shoulders.
