The client means nothing!

I placed an online order. Received a "processing notification with order number & Banking details" Replied to the email that stated: Reply to this email with the proof of payment.

Only after I called to confirm collection of courier, I was told no one attends that email. My order has not been received. BUT I have an Order number on email received from them and a proof of payment.

When requesting a refund, I was told a R50 penalty will be deducted. That is what I call BS!
