At my wits end after TWO YEARS no assistance

I tried out the Sage Payroll and HR package for 1 hour on the 7-day free trial over TWO YEARS ago. I immediately found that it didn't offer the features required by the company and decided not to sign up for the package. Every month since then I have received a bill of R307.52 and demands for outstanding fees. I have emailed every month explaining the situation, received a response that the "team" will sort it out, but lo and behold, the very next month I get yet another account. I have tried to phone and use the "chat to finance" function, but they cannot assist because I do not have a site code to give them. OF COURSE I DON'T HAVE ONE!!! I NEVER SIGNED UP!!!
