I signed up and paid for the Form Filling package. Received my log in details, but when I tried to log in I kept receiving an error message that the username and password did not exist. I was told that there was a "technical issue" and I had to change my package to Ad Posting or Data Entry. I change to Ad Posting, but that didn't work either. I was then told I had to upgrade my package to plan 3 or 4 as neither plan 1 or 2 were working. I feel this was just a way to get me to spend more money. I have requested a refund and hope to get it.
A huge thank you to Ascot!!!! I have been looking for my favourite perfume for three years and couldn't find it in SA. By sure happenstance I stumbled upon Ascot's website and there it was, my beloved, long lost essence :-) Aaaaand, it was on special. As is my character, I first read all the reviews on Ascot before making the decision to click "Add to Cart". To be honest, I expected somewhat of a knockoff, especially at the price I was paying, but I didn't mind, I was just so happy to finally have found my old faithful. Boy, was I surprised when my package arrived and it's the REAL DEAL!!! I immediately sprayed some on and could even smell a slight hint of it after I'd showered that evening. Thank you Ascot, I'll definitely be back.

I have three contracts with Cell C, two of which are due for renewal. I am NOT renewing either of them as I only require the one number. One has already been cancelled and the other can only be cancelled on 25th October. Since July I have been receiving MUTLIPLE calls a day, all hours of the day and night, asking me if I want to upgrade. Regardless of how many times I have informed the callers that I am cancelling and will not be upgrading and to please remove my name from the call list, I will receive a call a couple of hours later. I have tried just killing the calls, but then they call repeatedly until I answer!!! Honestly, this has been going on for almost four months now. Get it RIGHT Cell C. Stop harassing your customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO UPDGRADE, FULL STOP, END OF STORY, NO DISCUSSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I chose to use a removal company to make my move a more pleasant experience, but boy was I in for a surprise!!! I ended up with missing boxes and damaged furniture and appliances. I immediately reported this to Michael and he said he would discuss it with his superiors and revert to me. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I have NOT heard back from him. My daughter is moving the end of June and obviously I have warned her AGAINST using Elite Express
My daughter was involved in an armed home invasion and absolutely everything was ******, including her Rain router. On contacting Rain to report the device ****** she was advised that she would need to pay R4'000 to replace the router. While she accepts responsibility for the device, surely, this is an exorbitant cost??? To top that all, when she enquired whether she could pay it off she was told that should she choose this option she would need to pay the monthly subscription as well until the device is paid in full. How can Rain justify charging someone for a service they obviously will not be receiving as they no longer have a device with which to connect to the network???? Rain - you are a bunch of ****mers and *******s. Shame on you taking advantage of someone who has already experienced such trauma and lost everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, down to the toilet paper she had. You're an absolute disgrace to society.
My daughter and grandson were involved in an armed home invasion where her life and that of her baby were threatened and absolutely everything that could be carried out was ******, including nappies and even her groceries and toilet paper. This could all have been prevented if EC Security had responded to the electric fence alarm that went off just after 02h00 Friday morning. EC Security claims they never received the alarm, but the complex has proof that it was activated. So, either the security company is lying about not receiving the alarm, or the alarm system is not working. Either way, it’s not acceptable!! This gave the ****s the better part of an hour to leisurely go through her home, taking what they want, terrorising her and her child, even having something to eat and drink while they were there. Can you imagine how long an hour must feel when you’re in such a terrifying situation? Once the electric fence had been breached, they still had to cut through the palisade and her security gate to gain access into her home, had the EC Security responded immediately they might never have made it that far, worst case scenario, they would’ve been caught upon entry into her home and her and my grandson wouldn’t have been traumatised the way they were. To make matters worse, when they had finally left and she went to the guardhouse, the security guard on duty pressed the panic button, again no response. He had to phone control room to report the incident. Once again, the company claims they received no panic alarm. This is a single mother who has worked her butt off to build a home for her and her child and has now lost everything. But, the travesty is the emotional and mental devastation it has caused her and her baby. So, if you value your possessions and more importantly you LIFE and SAFETY and that of your family, stay away from EC Security. PS. I have since had conversations with other people from other complexes that have similar complaints about EC Security.
I am constantly receiving emails and sms from Lancet requesting payment on an account that is NOT mine. I have phoned and emailed on NUMEROUS occasions to try sort this out and each time I am assured that the mistake has been rectified, but low and behold, a few days later, my phone and email are flooded again. It is for an account from Netcare Pinehaven, Bestmed medical aid, member number M17X1X2X (number concealed for member's privacy), patient is beneficiary Mr XYZ (concealed for privacy) 1. I have NEVER been treated at Netcare Pinehaven in my life. 2. I am NOT on Bestmed medical aid. 3. My medical aid number is not M17X1X2X. 4. I am NOT Mr XYZ. 5. I have NO beneficiaries on my medical aid. Before I know if Lancet will be ruining my good credit name by listing me on ITC all because they cannot do their jobs properly!!!
I ordered and paid for a Samsung TV online from Makro Strubensvalley which is 1.6km from my house on 7 November. LATEST delivery date quoted was Saturday 11 November. When I hadn't heard anything by Saturday I went to the store to collect, only to be told the order hadn't been processed yet, but they promised to deliver Monday 13 November. Monday arrives, still nothing. So I phone Customer Care. Again, the order hadn't been processed, but I'm made a promise that "a rush" is being placed on the order and by close of business I'd receive notification of when I could expect delivery. It's now 18h00, 13 November and I haven't received any feedback. Absolutely appalling service. NEVER AGAIN will I buy ANYTHING from Makro
I am highly disgusted in the service received from Parmalat. I bought a six pack of long life full cream Parmalat milk and all six were curdled. I contacted the customer care and although they were very apologetic and said they would collect the milk and replace it, a month down the line I STILL have not received the replacement milk. They did indeed collect 3 litres and instructed me to discard the other 3. I mistakenly assumed that they would deliver the replacements at the same time as collection, but this did not occur. I have since contacted the customer care and enquired as to when I can expect the replacement, but they do not even bother to respond.
