Everyone is passing the buck !
To whom it may concern
We signed our contract in February 2026 for R7200.00 p.m. with Jele,Matthew.
We got the month of March free.
In April an amount of R9000.00 was deducted from our account!!!! After many, many, many,many calls and emails I got this account sorted out and I was told that my account will be credited with the overcharge amount of R1800.00
This month an amount of R7200.00 was deducted from my account!!!!!!!!!!
Where is the credit?????
This is terrible service!
No one wants to take responsibility. Everyone is passing the buck
