IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE NOT HOW WE PAY FOR IT
Unable to login to our payroll because Sage is "improving the way you make payment" from JANUARY!!!! Fill in your details takes you to Netcash screen where you are supposed to receive an OTP - WHICH NEVER COMES!!!!! No phone number to call. Absolutely ridiculous!! What is an otherwise BRILLIANT PRODUCT IS DOING ITSELF NO favours with current users.

06 Mar 2026, 15:39A HUGE shoutout to Sage for the speed with which they responded to my post. ANNA was absolutel amazing - warm, efficient and professional. Established what the issue was, gave me feedback in record time and got things sorted. A follow up calm from Ishmail to makes@surs@I was happy - really impressive. Zero to Hero in re ord time!!!
