I signed up for a Sage product after engaging with a sales representative who was responsive during the sales process. However, after moving forward and attempting to use the system, I have experienced difficulties with the demo environment and have sent multiple emails requesting assistance.
Unfortunately, I have not received responses from the sales representative and communication has gone silent.
I am currently trying to understand whether the issues I am experiencing are related to demo limitations and would appreciate proper guidance, onboarding support, or confirmation of the correct support channel.
