Very disappointed with service from SAIBA. I had an authorized debit order in place for 3 x payments. After my account was settled, SAIBA debited my bank account again. It was such a pain to get a refund from SAIBA. After a few months, I was surprised with another unauthorized debit order from SAIBA. I have sent many emails and simply do not receive any feedback. When you phone, you are transferred to another department but either their is NO answer or the call is dropped. Twice in one year am have to beg SAIBA for my own money.... How is it even possible to give such bad service to your members???
