Very disappointed with service from SAIBA. I had an authorized debit order in place for 3 x payments. After my account was settled, SAIBA debited my bank account again. It was such a pain to get a refund from SAIBA. After a few months, I was surprised with another unauthorized debit order from SAIBA. I have sent many emails and simply do not receive any feedback. When you phone, you are transferred to another department but either their is NO answer or the call is dropped. Twice in one year am have to beg SAIBA for my own money.... How is it even possible to give such bad service to your members???
My online order was not delivered due to service delivery issues from the courier. A lovely lady, Nomfundo from Incredible Connection, phoned me to follow up on the delivery of my order. She stepped in and I finally got my order delivered. She kept my updated and followed up regularly. Wow! Excellent service from Nomfundo!!!!
VERY POOR SERVICE! THEY UPDATE THEIR TRACKING WITH COMMENTS SUCH AS "ATTEMPTED DELIVERY - DELIVERY RESCHEDULE FOR NEXT BUSINESS DAY" OR "CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE" WHICH IS UTTER NONSENSE. I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A PHONE CALL. THEIR IS ALWAYS SOMEONE AVAILABLE AT MY HOUSE FOR DELIVERY. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM ANY COURIER COMPANY!!! THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY!
This is to give a 5 star rating to 2 employees at DSV that always go the extra mile to assist me!!! Thank you to the driver, Vusi, that always collect our parcels with such kindness and professionalism. He is always a phone call away. Thank you Vusi that we can always rely on you! Whenever there are any issues, I can always rely on Salome. Salome is in sales department, but in fact, I think she should be in top management. She always demands great service and feedback. If all DSV staff were as great as Vusi and Salome, there would never be any complaints on hellopeter, only 5 star ratings. Thank you SALOME and VUSI!!!!
My client's parcel should have been delivered 7 Feb 2024. Thursday 8 Feb 2024 my client phoned DSV and the parcel was still at the collection branch. Friday 9 Feb 2024 I contacted DSV and explained the urgency of having this parcel delivered. Monday 12 Feb 2024 and tracking still indicates that the parcel is at the collection branch....... I emailed many DSV staff and I have not received any response! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! I can only give a huge thank you to our DSV rep who has also been trying to assist me. Sadly, the DSV staff responsible at the other departments don't even reply to her emails. No responsibility and no accountability
