Sort out the booking

I loved to food and bottomless mimososa but we arrived 15 minutes late and were told our booking was cancelled due to arriving 15 minutes late but on your website it does not state that booking is held for 10 minutes from the time it was booked. We got there at 13:14 and told our booking as taken but how is our booking taken in 15 minutes
