The worst restaurant experience ever !

I have never had such a bad experience in my life. The service was slow , it took 20 minutes to get a glass of tap water. Took 30 mins to get our order placed , when our orders were taken and we received our food the supposed “pancake” dish was so hard , I could barely chew it . When I asked for a different dish I was told that that is how the pancakes are made because they’re Vietnamese and how they’re meant to be crunchy but they were just hard with barely any kind of taste .I’ve never experienced such a disappointing experience at a restaurant and would give this restaurant negative stars if I could.
