Disgusting Service and heartless manager

After drinks were served, the draft I had broke. All the alcohol spilled all over the table including myself and friends. I was drenched, and reeked like alcohol.

Although we requested napkins and assistance, the service was slow. The manager stated he’ll order us another draft. My issue is that there was no sincerity in terms of what has happened, no manager/people skills were displayed. The manager gave me a non-chalant attitude.

When it came to payment, the manager avoided us before we had to get his attention, all he could do is give us R50 off the bill. Bearing in mind the bill was almost R700.

I find this extremely unacceptable and seriously disappointing. I expected a more personal and sincere apology from the manager.

I will never ever, return.
