I have had a very bad experience this past week with this store.
I ordered a product about 2 weeks ago, and it was couriered with Fastway.
Due to my delivery address not copied correctly by the sender (It was entered correctly on my invoice) my delivery bounced between Johannesburg and the Pretoria Depot, and was eventually delivered to the wrong person.
I informed the store on the Friday, Monday and Wednesday via Messages and per email about the situation, as well as numerous messages and phone calls to Fastway to no avail. The store also doesn’t have a landline or cell phone number to contact.
Today I finally received a response from the customer care person, who clearly just skimmed through my email and apologised for the late reply. Only to inform me that my package was delivered on the mentioned Friday. Yes it was delivered, but to the WRONG person! As per my initial complaint and request for assistance!
Between the store customer care and Fastway this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had the displeasure to deal with.
