I have had a very bad experience this past week with this store. I ordered a product about 2 weeks ago, and it was couriered with Fastway. Due to my delivery address not copied correctly by the sender (It was entered correctly on my invoice) my delivery bounced between Johannesburg and the Pretoria Depot, and was eventually delivered to the wrong person. I informed the store on the Friday, Monday and Wednesday via Messages and per email about the situation, as well as numerous messages and phone calls to Fastway to no avail. The store also doesn’t have a landline or cell phone number to contact. Today I finally received a response from the customer care person, who clearly just skimmed through my email and apologised for the late reply. Only to inform me that my package was delivered on the mentioned Friday. Yes it was delivered, but to the WRONG person! As per my initial complaint and request for assistance! Between the store customer care and Fastway this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had the displeasure to deal with. Please improve your customer support.

What rude staff this company has. First and last time I will ever order from this company. Excuses after excuses with passive, sarcastic email responses. Actually shocked at the level of service received from this store.

Placed an order on the 17th Jan 2025. Payment was deducted. No order confirmation received since then. Have emailed, completed the contact us form on their website, tried the number listed but no response which is extremely frustrating. Very difficult to contact anyone at the company.

Pathetic customer service. Actually I don’t even think their email is legit. Very Quickly to reply on social media Can’t provide me with an invoice. So the obvious don’t pay Tax!!! Please don’t support this business EVER

The level of customer service satisfaction we received my colleague and I when we visited and shopped at La Lucia branch, Amazing service friendly service. We walked in the lady ( Ayanda) assistant was working by herself the shop was buzzing with foot traffic but the fast service with a friendly smile was amazing. Will definitely come to La Lucia Ayanda is Amazing ❤️

Worst customer-service experience ever! They honestly do not care about customer satisfaction; you can’t return a product and they do not admit any mistakes on their part. Wish I read reviews beforehand! Save your money or shop elsewhere!
