Could treat people better.

This was the first time of staying many times at the hotel that i received the treatment that i did. We were a target from the begin of our stay as we where a big group. we got billed wrong amounts and they still owe me money for billing me incorrectly. I received better service and treatment when they were under the protea group of hotels.

I am sadden by the way they treated me and my family.
