Dissatisfaction with potential order

I saw an add on socia media, advertising eid Mubarak gifts, since our Ramadan is near an end, this add is just the perfect way to gift family and friends, however I called office in linbro Park, the lady answers the phone she says she will put me through to a consultant, I'm waiting on the line, the phone rings to extention number and cuts, I attempt to call again, a lady by the name of Lizelle answers the call, very abruptly and irritated asking me didn't she put me through, I replied to her I would not have called back had the call transfer to the extention number been successful, she transfers me to Tumi, as I enquire about the gift pack Tumi, tells me they all sold out, why are they not updating their advertising, she informs me that they don't deliver in my area, so I will have to collect. But on the web page it stipulates they deliver for a fee if order is under R1000, I'm not impressed with the level of service with these guys, don't false advertise if you can't come to the party, I'm highly disappointed and I need to express my dissatisfaction. If you having a bad day don't take your irratation out on potential consumers.
