Terrible service, no client acknowledgement, One of the worst franchises in Erasmia centurion. Rude disrespectful staff with a stinking attitude. Im paying its not a free service. franchise giving the company a pathetic name. Respect in client retention should be Paramount.
Hi I would like to extend my disappointment 😞 in the quality of the product sweets I purchased smoothies. None of the sweet wrapper had a full sweet in it. All have pinched broken piece like it is a sample for free. Im not impressed at all. Im highly irritated honestly. Quality of the product is terrible. I would not recommend consumers to purchase it. Hi I would like to express my dissatisfaction I had at your store in mall@reds shopping center. I was not acknowledged as a consumer and the staff have no urgency to assist or help potential customer sales . I was keen to purchase a tempo watch that caught my eye. I waited but the staff are speaking vernacular amongst themselves dancing. I was highly irritated and walked out. American Swiss mall@reds please stop your nonsense with service delivery. You not there to dance and speak in tongues. It's not the 1st time at that store. Attitude stinks no acknowledgement of consumers. I am repeating. Prioritizing discipline in retail in order to retain consumers is vital. Thank you for your time
Near death allergic reaction after purchasing water at a supplier. Im highly dissapointed to the core. My face throat and ears are red and swollen. Im so irritated that the level of ***** and *******ion are making people compromise level products that should be authentic and legitimate+. We pay an arm and a leg. Now we **********. Im returning the balance of this deadly product and I want to spread this word far and wide.
Hi Season greetings, just would like to express my disappointment at the manner in which service is conducted at the Menlyn branch. Movie starts at 10:45am got to numetro at 10 they were closed. Browsed around the mall went back to the movie theatre at 10:30am it was choked. Stood in a queue to purchase tickets self service waited 15 minutes purchased then joined the queue for collection of confectionery. The drag of waiting was a frustration. Attendants busy chatting working with no urgency. Movie starts at 10:45 please note. I only got to the front to collect my goods at 11:15am im exhausted and tired of standing while staff engage in chit chays with no care in the world to push the queue. Why open late if u know it will create a backlog and you guys have the time schedules of the movies. It is not a free service we pay full prices. Please advise your staff to pull up their socks. I did highlight my irrritation when I got infront. Customer service should not be compromised. There's no urgency to deliver at all. Need to let it out. Thanking you in advance Regards Suraiya
I am a highly disturbed consumer after witnessing a delivery at pick n pay express in Pretoria North At the BP garage in Jan van Riebeeck street. Delivery was made for soft drinks but not ABI or coca-cola truck. It Was a dirty looking truck with Pakistan nationals. The crates used to deliver was not even authentic. Im so irritated with some franchises using authentic logos but ordering ******* cheap merchandise. That creates sickness and stomache bugs that we not aware of. Im sincerely asking These franchises to not look 4 an easy way to survive in retail. Dont sacrifice our health and the pricing is exactly the same but quality is compromised. My blood is boiling and im going to share this far and wide. Stop killing us with cheap labour. These people use unhygienic methods that is fong kong. We tired of daylight *******. Im frustrated as hell. Donot compromise our health for your business benefits.
Hi order number is #204000191446 This is the 1000th time enquiries on my cancelation of purchase made from the 15 june 2024. The refund is not processed on my account. Im so exhausted of phoning and nobody gets back to me. The amount is R329. What must I do to get this sorted out. The service delivery is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed with the no urgency. Hi I am a dedicated client for years with truworths store card. I normally do online order as it's convenient, I am not impressed with the staff of my preferred collection store at Forest hill monavoni Gauteng. The cashier had a terrible attitude and I almost smacked her. I had 2 online orders ready for collection, i notified the cashier but she did not acknowledge. She insisted there's only 1 order she sees on the system. Customer service is paramount for client retention. I don't have money to travel up and done when i normally collect all my orders when they ready. I've never had an issue with the previous staff members at that store, these new sales ladies got attitudes that dyink and give the store a bad name. The manager a male came and assist me with the 2cnd order that was ready for collection. Next time I will carry a belt and whip respect into children that think they ceo, s. Deal with the staff and that cashier needs discipline. Im a grown ass woman not a child. I don't entertain disrespect. Im back with no joy, vodacom is giving me the run around, I have spoken to 10 consultants in regards to canceling my number to be on prepaid, Empty promises with no feedback from any consultant from vodacom, im highly irritated and frustrated and im at my wits end with the level of service, Highly *********** staff, I don't see how positive client retention is maintained. I've spoken to Mr. Govender, rude and uncouth, I have spoken to Ramishkah, she needs a good left klap to come right, she deserves an award I waited patiently for her her feedback as she promised what an actress that belongs in a zoo, Spoken to Sizwe, lol another empty bag of no action, insisted in 24 hours the contract will be canceled, went to a vodacom store phoned cancelation spoke to Boniswa, attitude from a circus, Hope it pays her bills, the level of rude cannot be explained, it's a joke, Spoke to Tsako from afters sales he preached about poppi act, whoowooo, He confirmed that yes I am able to do the cancelation and transfered me to Jeremy, Im boiling with anger because Jeremy needs to put me on hold while he works behind the scenes. Jeremy tells me about he needs to escalate and he will call back in 5 days, im sick n tired of vodacom. I don't want any contract with them. Should I make a sacrifice to get my request granted because clearly they are running a circus that's fool of clowns and I don't want know part of it. I want prepared for heavens sake.
What a stressful process for a cancelation request, consultants at cancelation department is *********** and rude. I am at my wits end of holding the line waiting for someone to do as I requested, they are terrible and they want client retention with pathetic service. I have not received any reference number and the vodacom stores only do sales. The number 0649094072 has not been used and I don't even no where is the simcard. The agent by the name of Boniswa at the call center was rude disrespectful and stinky attitude. Agent code is mdumb001. A second agent goved018 is deaf and insisted on insurance on a lapsed contract. I am not interested in renewing any contract, reverse it and refund the money debited. I am logging a complaint on icasa. These service providers are unprofessional and only indebt consumers unnecessary. I have had enough die poppa sal dans. Im going expose vodacom for the *****sters they are.
