Sally Williams is very ********* in doing bussiness with customers , it’s all about the skin colour / race that determines discounts . So if you ever feel Sally Williams is sincere in their Business doing , think again … Wholesaler get 5% discount , where as a small cafe in a suburb area will get 15% discount . Oh by way !! Learn to pay the staff that build your business whats due to them … Don’t let the people cry for their money , Their tears will bring down your company ….

Sometime in August I was dissapointed when I bought my favorite nougat and it was apparently affected by heat I forgot the name they used "Air something". Immediately I went on Instagram and complained to Sally Williams. The consultant that handled my complaint was apologetic about the condition I had recieved my nought in and he explained the reason why it was in that condition. I was satisfied with the service that I had received and I was also compensated with 2 boxes of Honey Nought (Cranberry and Almond). I have never looked back there after.

I bought my favorite Honey Nougat (Cranberry & Almond Nougat) I was soo disappointed when I opened the box to indulge only to find out that its all most half of what the package entails, however i had to pay the full amount for what I got.

This review is slightly different, my husband was an independent representative for Sally Williams. When he applied for the position, he was made to believe he was the only rep in Cape Town servicing the independents. When he got the job then found out that there was a rep, who had all the bigger stores, which included the only whole sale stores. They gave him deactivated stores which was due to their lack of customer service, he struggled to get the stores back on board. He agreement states that he will have a basic for 5 months then over to commission, no probation periods noted. He was even told by the sales manager that If he needed more time they would extend for another month. This however was not the cause, although the agreement states one month month notice they have now terminated his agreement with immediate affect, as of the 14 July 2022 and they are ignoring his email request for the final salary. They accused him of having other employment and using their resources, but this is not the case. This company has no business ethics and should be boycotted. My husband went to head offices and met with buyers and if you are in this trade you will know only the sales manager can deal with these buyers and my husband asked the sales manager to assist with this and he kept stalling, so how are you supposed to make sales with no support? The sales manager instead of assisting with coming up with deals rather left it up to the reps and when they gave feedback he asked what they would get out of the deal, really? The customer I would think! So clearly they have no business ethics to speak or care about the lively hoods of their independent reps, as it clearly looks like they will not be paying his final salary.

I would not suggest ordering from them directly, rather purchase from a shop or chain store. Their process to order is slow, and when it was finally delivered, item was missing. Their customer service made me drive out to another shop to get a replacement (which is pointless as I could have done that in the first place). No offer of refund or other was given for time and effort on my side. STAY CLEAR

Disappointed in Sally Williams. Purchased a large macadamia nougat bar from Pick n pay at the beginning of this month, once opened I noticed that the sides of quarter of the bar were missing. Just the thin lining was there. I messaged them on Facebook for assistance and received a response that head office will contact me (5th December) it is now the 22nd and still no one has bothered to contact me or reply to my messages!!! Pathetic customer service.

I purchased Sally Williams Nougats about a few months ago, the Nougats were horrible as they were extremely sticky and glued to the wrappers with a funny taste. I complained to Sally Williams and was told it's due to cold flow or something of that sort. I have noticed they promised me replacement stock, but prioritized new orders and new deliveries and months later I am still waiting for replacement stock. Excisiting customers and complaints are not taken seriously.

I purchased Sally Williams Nougats about a few months ago, the Nougats were horrible as they were extremely sticky and glued to the wrappers with a funny taste. I saw an add on socia media, advertising eid Mubarak gifts, since our Ramadan is near an end, this add is just the perfect way to gift family and friends, however I called office in linbro Park, the lady answers the phone she says she will put me through to a consultant, I'm waiting on the line, the phone rings to extention number and cuts, I attempt to call again, a lady by the name of Lizelle answers the call, very abruptly and irritated asking me didn't she put me through, I replied to her I would not have called back had the call transfer to the extention number been successful, she transfers me to Tumi, as I enquire about the gift pack Tumi, tells me they all sold out, why are they not updating their advertising, she informs me that they don't deliver in my area, so I will have to collect. But on the web page it stipulates they deliver for a fee if order is under R1000, I'm not impressed with the level of service with these guys, don't false advertise if you can't come to the party, I'm highly disappointed and I need to express my dissatisfaction. If you having a bad day don't take your irratation out on potential consumers.
