I would not suggest ordering from them directly, rather purchase from a shop or chain store. Their process to order is slow, and when it was finally delivered, item was missing. Their customer service made me drive out to another shop to get a replacement (which is pointless as I could have done that in the first place). No offer of refund or other was given for time and effort on my side. STAY CLEAR
I do not have a Vodacom account and Vodacom have started Debiting my account without any authorisation. This has caused immense time wastage with my bank. Vodacom are thieves!
Applied for a credit card and the next day was called by a scammer with all my details from Woolworths. Somebody within Woolworths gave my details to them. Informed Woolworths and they said not their thing but will get back to me! Be aware! Scammers working within Woolworths! Also came to store to give my documents and they rejected it, this was the very same one submitted to them online and accepted.

i applied for a telkom line in November/December 2016

they have come numerous times but as of yet did not install the line. My neighbors in the same building have got their lines. At first telkom said cables were missing which the landlord installed. Now, for the last 3 weeks telkom says their is a fault on their own cable. According to a technician this could be fixed in a day but useless telkom haven't done so for 3 weeks! Do they not want our business?

Edgars are liars and thieves! They are the biggest crooks in the industry:

1. They did not deliver an item. They promised to refund the amount on the account for R99. This promise was made to me in writing on 27 December 2016 by Athabulele Mlaza. They have not paid me back.

2. I did not signup for ABSA service fees. Thabisile Xulu confirmed that all past and future ABSA service fees will be reversed in writing on 3 January 2017. They have not reversed anything and continue to charge me.

3. I did not sign up for an account protection plan. All of a sudden in January 2017 I was told this is compulsory and I have to pay monthly for it.

Edgars are the biggest crooks in the industry. Explains why all the above will possibly soon be out of a job with the takeover, because they themselves are thieves.

I purchased a march madness deal online. I attempted to return it within the 7 day cooling off period at Musgrave. The store manager was not present and the assistant Sne refused to accept it.

I contacted the store the next day via email. Ivan the manager apologised and said they should have accepted it. I dropped it off and on 1 April Ivan emailed me that all was in order with case number ********** 3. To my shock I was then debited for the two months in May! I contacted Ivan again and he logged the case ********** 3 for the refund and apologies.

I now got the bill and it shows I will be charged R2059.20 for cancellation even though I returned it within 7 days???

I hate Telkom! They just steel your money and refuse to give it back. Please can manager from Telkom call me urgently!

I logged 2 disputes with Telkom. I have received no feedback and have tried emailing their departments several times. They also operate during office hours only which makes it impossible to reach them for a working person.

Dispute 1 ref number is 27838459 on the 13th of January
Dispute 2 ref number is 27858260 on the 3rd of February.

Both have not been addressed and no feedback at all! I wish I could do something but we are held merciless by these thugs who call themselves Telkom.
