****mers!!! Ordered and paid for pull up pants , they ****** me by sending slips and still charged me for the pull up pants . It's been months and still no response from them !
I would give this store no stars!!! Ordered gifts for click and collect .. Lo and behold it's still not ready with tomorrow being Christmas Eve! The customer service consultant at the Gateway branch told me she'll call me back after her lunch break .. guess what , I received no call!!! PATHETIC SERVICE
Baubles were damaged and discoloured . Courier was long . Overall hated the experience
If I could give this business a negative review I would !! For a month now the site has been having issues , I'm losing customers and they only give excuses and no feedback .

If I could give this a negative rating I would!!! It's been over a year and you guys have still not sorted out my mother's chronic medication Bonitas Medical Fund says everything is sorted on their end. After numerous calls and emails, you keep promising to deliver the medication but a year later fail to do so!! This is pathetic service!! Someone who is on chronic for diabetes, blocked arteries and high pressure can die without getting their meds. And I will hold you personally responsible should anything happen.

From no Internet speed to consultants or social media page handlers that cannot comprehend English! We pay over R800 a month for them to botch up simple instructions and not customer service! I completed the task "Purchase two social media tickets and earn 100 vodabucks by 12/06/2022". I've sent in my screenshots. Only for some idiot there to say that the sms does not show the challenge I was supposed to complete. Yet its in the SCREENSHOT!!!!
Absolutely disgusting service! I paid over R3100 at Spec Savers , used my clicks card and was supposed to be credited over 600 points (this was in January) it is now March , clicks (or rather whoever is handling their social media accounts)is acting stupid as if they aren't trained and have no knowledge on how to do their ****** job !!! After requesting the invoices which were sent more than once from Spec savers and myself, they now tell me to contact a partner as that will help my issue. How is a partner going to sort out my points ??? Are you that ****** dumb ????
