Poor service or just a *******?

On 27 May 2025 I purchased a pair of Salomon shoes for R3199.00 and paid by credit card. I received confirmation of my order as well as a tracking number on 28 May. On 5 June I emailed Salomon asking about my order and received a response that they would look into the matter urgently.

On 09 June 2025 I received another email asking whether my order had been delivered to which I responded no.

Seems like an expensive lesson. Whatever you do, think twice before ordering from Salomon online.
