On 25th April I went to your branch at Haasendal, no appointment was made as I was at the center. When I went in, there was no clients in store where I was approached by Samantha and asked her the price for just a cut, she rep**** R280. I asked when can they assist me, she said know and she will do it. Perfect, I was happy! As I have very thick bushy curly hair, I told her I have a kink in my hair and I want it shorter (hair was over my shoulders) and I told here I want it above my shoulders and it must be thinned out. She her own cell phone and Googled the length and I agreed 100% with her. She cut my hair and asked me if I was happy, so I said it is still busy when she asked me what should she do. She is the stylist and should not ask me! She then thinned my hair and I left. When I got home my partner said oh thought you cut your hair cos it looks the same so I said yes I did. When I turned around to show the back I was told oh no your hair is *****. I phoned the Salon, there were closed already. I was there at 4.30pm, they close at 6pm. I have proof of the times i phoned as well. The next morning 8:30 I phoned and spoke to Jody. She new exactly who I was and told me to come back they can fix it. I told her I can't come I am working, she then said come Thursday they open from 8:30am till 2pm due to the public holiday and if I'm early they will help me first.samantga is off but Simone is there, which I was happy with. I was at the store 8.15 and Simone was inside, I told her the problem and then she said I must wait inside as they open at 9 and Samantha will be there. Then other clients came in which had an appointment with Simone so I had to wait. I asked Jody, what's happening to what she said Samantha must sort it out and I said no because she messed up how can she sort it out and why didn't she do it right in the first place. Simone could not assist,I could not get a refund...so I left. Obviously they get paid commission so obviously Samantha won't sign it off to Simone. I contacted the manager on which Jody gave me her number, Monica, and I sent her a photo of the back of my hair clearly showing it is *****, which she said Samantha must sort it out and no refunds can be done. That's the only option out or else I must make an appointment or wait for when Simone is available. They defnitief will not see me again!
