Very poor service at Larosa Monte casino

This place was busy but not full,we were assisted with seats and 10 minutes later told that those seats were reserved. I ordered a beer and 3 milkshakes and it took them 20 minutes with the drinks. Eventually when the waiter arrives with the drinks my beer was warm? We ordered 4 burgers with chips and waited 30 minutes,by then my beer was finished and I struggled to get another as the waiter didn't even bother with me. When the food arrives,the burger was raw and as I was eating I bit on a stone almost chipping my tooth???..the manager offered to replace the burger and I refused as I had my filling and we waited for a while for food and drinks. I ended up tipping the waiter and decided never to go there again 😡😡😡😡
