Recently I requested for a tax review and end up being discouraged. I was assisted with tax returns and were told to wait for sars to payout. I sent my documents to the consultant of legal n tax sometime in July and were told that they would be doing it in August. Then I called the consultant,left messages,sent endless emails and he doesn't respond. I called the customer service and complained about,then he called requesting information so he could send it through to Sars? I decided to pay Sars a visit the following day and they reckon that there were no info on the system saying that any details needs updating??? I'm really running back and forth here and these guys are not helping people the way the should,they are quite unprofessional and I threatened to cancel my membership. Here August month is over and still haven't received any money from Sars......I don't bother with that payout anymore as this sort of professionalism defeats the purpose of customer service.
Recently I downgraded from the package I had with multi choice and requested a monthly statement from them . I also asked the operator if my account details was correct and she said the we should verify while I was on the line. We went through my information and and corrected some issues. Then the following day I called again and received an email containing my details but my info captured was wrong? I cannot get any statements from them π‘π‘π‘ That operator,what was she doing? Not listening carefully or capturing incorrect details of customers? I'm tired of multi choice
This place was busy but not full,we were assisted with seats and 10 minutes later told that those seats were reserved. I ordered a beer and 3 milkshakes and it took them 20 minutes with the drinks. Eventually when the waiter arrives with the drinks my beer was warm? We ordered 4 burgers with chips and waited 30 minutes,by then my beer was finished and I struggled to get another as the waiter didn't even bother with me. When the food arrives,the burger was raw and as I was eating I bit on a stone almost chipping my tooth???..the manager offered to replace the burger and I refused as I had my filling and we waited for a while for food and drinks. I ended up tipping the waiter and decided never to go there again π‘π‘π‘π‘
I've placed an order online yesterday at 18:30. The Uber eats app gives an estimate 19:00-19:40. I called them from 19:30 on the app and it gives you the voice automated response to voicemail. I struggled until 20:45 as my kids didn't eat anything. Eventually at 21:00 I asked my neighbour to take me to kfc meadowlands BP. When I got there four people were on duty. I showed them my order and that time they only started to prepare my order? I asked the manager what's the reason for this mess and he says there were no drivers? But same time I asked why they only started preparing my order when I asked for it he gave me attitude. I started recording a video of this matter and I'm going to load it on social media as well as you tube,they refused to refund me as I waited three hours for my order.....Kfc meadowlands BP is the worst place you can ever go to buy food and I advise everyone,be aware and informed of this placeπ π π π π π π
I placed an order with kfc meadowlands BP via the UberEATS app and I struggled to get my order,I've waited three hours and eventually had to pay someone to take me there to fetch it. This sort of service is very very bad and I'm not happy. I wanna be reimbursed and I don't advise anyone to use this app. I couldn't track my order nor call the restaurant? Very very bad service
My decoder stopped working at the mid month ofJanuary this year and I received another from my aunt. I called multi choice and they said that a change of ownership should be done in order for me to use that decoder. I did everything as requested and the agents still could not help me. I supplied the necessary documents and failed with these guys. At that specific time my service was still on,I could still veiw. Due to the decoder I couldn't. Two weeks ago I bought a new decoder and queried my account,they claim I owe them R410? I paid R200 last Friday and called in then they activated my account. I also asked about the outstanding amount of R410 and the agent said there was a billing mistake and I still have R95 credit. Since Friday we viewed and suddenly this morning it was off again???? This incompetence are most irritating. This is daylight robbery.
Like they said they would get back to me and sort this matter. It's been three days already and no one from standard bank called me? They should just close down and forget about banking!???
Very bad service and lack of communication. I have a small personal loan with these guys and I was repaying the account until I got retrenched last year October. I went to the branch with my UI 19 and the retrenchment letter from the company and produced it to them. They give me six months of payment relief. During this pandemic I still don't find any work and these guys just keep on debiting my account. Accrued interest are increasing on this account and no one calls to find out what the situation is? Everytime I get some money from someone or something,they deduct that money without consulting. I applied for uif and they took most of the money and refused to reverse the funds. Standard bank should just close down ,their service sucks
Very poor service,it sucks. My account was paid last week week and again R170 this week. I'm on the compact package amount of R330 per month. However my services was disconnected and I had a struggle with these call center guys. I spent an additional R70 on airtime just to get my account reconnected. However it's still off and I'm forced to go to bed early? I'm really upset with this nonsense especially when none of the employees can help a person. Now I spent all that money for nothing . I'm thinking of switching over to the ovhd package of etv
I bank with Standard and was retrenched in August. I have a small personal loan with Standard bank and was unable to repay the loan. I went to the branch in Westgate mall with all the necessary documents from my previous employer and submitted it. I received an SMS stating that my claim was registered. Last month they debited my account and the next day it was reversed. The bank charged me fees for the debit order and the monthly fees worked out in total about R330? Today I received a small payout from the uif and they deducted almost R700 along with the bank charges totalling almost a R1000? I called this number 0860123107 from my cell and spoke to Dolly,she asked me a lot of questions about fnb and nedbank? I told her that I have insufficient airtime to answer all this stupid questions about other banks and I only want those funds reversed,she told me to go to the branch???? I wanted to use that money to buy food, groceries and these guys rip my off with my money. My children must go hungry and I would not advise anyone to open banking accounts at standard bank. This is the service they give and they do not worry about their clients.
