I purchased 2 samsung galaxy s26 ultra phones, 2 high speed chargers and 2 covers. Yet the after service pertaining to a small issue is disgusting.
The 1 cover which I reported for over a week ago still hasn't been resolved. The cover is damaging my phone as the lock unlock button does not work through this cover. I've emailed and chatted to an agent but no one ever assists. Disgusting service. I requested an upliftment and replacement but no one cares to do their damn job when its customers like me putting food on your table!
