I purchased 2 samsung galaxy s26 ultra phones, 2 high speed chargers and 2 covers. Yet the after service pertaining to a small issue is disgusting. The 1 cover which I reported for over a week ago still hasn't been resolved. The cover is damaging my phone as the lock unlock button does not work through this cover. I've emailed and chatted to an agent but no one ever assists. Disgusting service. I requested an upliftment and replacement but no one cares to do their damn job when its customers like me putting food on your table!
My fiber lines have been down for 4 days now. I've logged a call and was told it will take 24 hours as the fault is from telkoms end. Im reliant on telkom as my solar system, my geysers, etc all work with my Internet connection. No feedback at all or updates are progress Absolutely pathetic service! Will i be reimbursed for my money spent on phone calls and data??? They keep saying they will get back to me and call me but never happens This is an error in telkoms side!! Yet they too damn lazy to come out and work
I've purchased a brand new s22 ultra of which I'm entitled to claim a free buds as well as a voucher of R2000. I've tried for over a month and have handed in all my documents required. I call everyday and wait on the line for an hour if not more. I get told they processing it but nothing seems to be processed this is entirely frustrating I've never experienced such terrible service ever. I demand that I get my buds and voucher sent to me now!!!!
I have spent a large sum of funds upon doing 2 bathrooms at bathroom bizarre. I've paid and arranged for delivery of all my goods, however they claimed to have had no stock or a certain basin and unit for my bathroom and the sales lady insisted it will fit in my vehicle. All well and done they brought it by their own terms to my car and loaded it, it so happened that we just opened the box and the basin has a huge chip on it claiming it had obviously been damaged in store or dropped or whatever the case may be. Bear in mind i didnt ask to take delivery of it and now apparently K.G from the Xavier branch states there is nothing she can do about it?? Why the hell would I pay for delivery fees if I have to take this damaged unit home without knowing and now they are unable to do anything about it?? The packer slides the box open with a pen he does not even lift the basin out to see if its damaged, he says "it's in a plastic its new" and I'm suppose to be like its brand new, thats not my job. Definitely not as a customer spending multiple of thousands of rands it store. I demand some feedback and a solution to this matter ASAP . No way in hell I'm going to leave this unsaid! I mean a basin well over R4000 that proved to be damaged needs to be replaced at the soonest.
I walked into the store 2 weeks back with my cousin and had this same issue. It seems that Mike who is apparently the manager cannot honour his word! I was intending on purchasing a samsung note 8 alcantara cover upon after initially enquiring about a price from him. Where on he stated that it costs R550.00. However upon payment at the counter he stated that it costs R700!!! This is absurd because I enquired prior as to if he was sure and told me he was positive. I own a massive retail store and if "Mike" is a so called store manager he would not behave so rudely as he did. He has no managerial s****s at all! He refused to give me his name, whereby I had to ask his name through one of the staff members. Secondly he takes the product and spins it in my face saying it has no price on it! The issue i have is if he as a so called manager doesent even know a price of a item or is too lazy to move one meter to his left to scan it has nothing to do with his poor service that he cannot honour his word!!. Thereafter he tells me i can't purchase it and pulls the item away throws it aside and walks away through the security room. This is absolutely rubbish and unethichal, if someone makes a huge mess up address it don't walk away!! I am utterly ****ed off!! And require a response immediately!!! Is this what samsung Is???? A world renowned store with such **** service!!
I deposited a large amount through am fnb atm today earlier this morning and it was all swallowed. I waited till the bank opened and they tried to resolve it by giving me a case number However I am leaving for overseas tomorrow and urgently require this cash in my account.
