15% ******ion on returns

Have bought several items from the store. Needed to return two of them in exchange for another two items in store (mirrors). I was informed that my return (4 days after purchase) would attract a "handling fee" of a whopping 15% of the value of the items I was returning. After much protest as I believe this is ******* according to the CPA the owner/manager reduced it to 5%. Being at the tale end of building a house from scratch I have not experienced this with literally any other establishment. So be warned before you purchase anything here, if you need to return it you will be forced to pay a handling fee of 15% of the value of the items. And they will enforce it. Will not be going back
