Discrepancy in Account Transactions for San Martihno Hotel Stay

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy I have noticed in my account regarding transactions related to my recent stay at the San Martihno Hotel from 28–31 October 2025.

Upon reviewing my statements, I observed what appears to be a duplicate debit of R6,864.58 on 31 October 2025, followed by another debit of R271.20 on 01 November 2025.

Furthermore, I do not understand the two deductions made today amounting to R6,921.73 and R272.94. Could you kindly provide clarification on these transactions and assist in resolving these concerns?
