Bad customer service, their employees are not friendly and helpful from the reception to the restaurant. They have bad attitude, acting like they are doing you a favour. They have a toilet issue where they were not flashing.

What ****py service we got. We booked a 8 sleeper apartment to only get there and find out apartment was not available. Treated by discarded gun and walked all over by the manager Daniel and Ronel. 8 young women thrown out at night without out money to even look for other places.

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy I have noticed in my account regarding transactions related to my recent stay at the San Martihno Hotel from 28–31 October 2025. Upon reviewing my statements, I observed what appears to be a duplicate debit of R6,864.58 on 31 October 2025, followed by another debit of R271.20 on 01 November 2025. Furthermore, I do not understand the two deductions made today amounting to R6,921.73 and R272.94. Could you kindly provide clarification on these transactions and assist in resolving these concerns?

Definitely a must do. A great resort with a beautiful view of the lagoon and lots of facilities to enjoy.

San Martinho Hotel is an absolute amazing family holiday resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and tidy which made us feel like home. The staff were fun and friendly. Great facilities for the family to enjoy. Beautiful sunsets and warm tranquil environment to just relax from the hustle and bustle. My family and I will deffinately be going back and this time sure to take friends along.
