I have never struggled here but rarely use online service which I guess was my error. Part of the delivery was late. I had to pay for delivery twice because the items were in different places which I understood. Had to submit a return for the late order as I had already made alternative plans and returned part of the delivered items. A whole week plus has passed and I need my funds back. Seem even the return is split. My delivery fee? Gone
What ****py service we got. We booked a 8 sleeper apartment to only get there and find out apartment was not available. Treated by discarded gun and walked all over by the manager Daniel and Ronel. 8 young women thrown out at night without out money to even look for other places.

Our claim for a collapsed wall due to strong winds was recently declined. The feedback times and communication left a lot to be desired. We are told the wall should be built strong enough to outstand gale forces. We have all our loans, credit cards, life covers, insurances and Wills with absa. So if the house house roof is blown away no payment will be made because we should've made sure the structure is strong enough to withstand the bad weather? When we pass away, are our kids going to receive the insurance payout or we should've tried harder to live forever then claim declined? such unfairness from such a big company. But I guess we are just one client to their millions and our business is not significant enough for the. Will have to move our insurance products, I cannot trust them to pay put millions when they can't do less than R20k.
I called to amend my car insurance debit order date and ask for proof of insurance. Spoke to Katlego and the process was so seamless. Done in under 2 minutes and received proof of my changes right away
