<p>You guys are now harassing me,I have been telling you over and over again to stop harassing me..The Thruworths account you are talking about is prescribed,In case you do not know the NCA made changes regarding prescription of debt.It is illegal to collect on prescribed debts</p> <p>Whats worse is that i have an existing account at Thruworths that i opened a lil over a month ago..this is really irritating me now..check my ITC if you have to..but please STOP HARASSING ME!!!</p>

I have been trying to get hold of you for the past two weeks with absolutely no one answering the phones or responding on my e-mails. I would like the settlement amount on my account so that I can pay it of at the end of the month.<br> <br> Do you guys not want your money?

Upon settling an account that was handed over to sanceda, I was told that a credit bureau update would be done within 20 working days. THIS INFORMATION STILL HASNT BEEN UPDATED! PLEASE UPDATE GETBUCKS ACC GBSA1472. GROSS INCOMPETENCE AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL!!!

Good Day,<br> <br> I received an SMS about a month ago about a Truworths account. I advised the call center agent that the Debt Has Prescribed, this debt is probably 6+ years old.<br> <br> You phoned me about two weeks ago and you send me an SM today again.<br> <br> Please close this account on your books AS IT PRESCRIBED.<br> <br> As far as can remember the Credit Act was amended and it is now illegal to contact and harass people for prescribed debt.<br> <br> Thank you.

I was informed by a credit provided that I am listed as defaulting on a payment and handed over to SANCEDA collection. I have been trying to make contact with SANCEDA, so that I can sort out this issue but am unable to get through on 0878080129, 0878080190 or on 0101100754 numbers provided to me.<br> <br> I have also sent an email to [Email Removed]<br> <br> I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible but am not able to get hold of SANCEDA since 3 August. Please assist

On 2014/09/08, my outstanding balance was R21,307.00 on Client Reference MTTLP81 and I have been paying R1000 or R1500 on a monthly as we agreed that I will pay R1000 on a monthly basis towards this debt.<br> <br> I have since paid a total of R11 000 from 2014/08/29 to 2015/05/29. I received a statement today of R17 242.27 owing. According to my calculations, I should be owing R10307.<br> <br> What I would like to know is that how much is their Collection Commission and Interest as it will definitely NOT amount to R6935.27 when calculated against R21,307.00.<br> I have tried to get an explanation on deductions called \INT"and have also since not received a satisfactory reply. Please assist as I feel that I am being ripped off. <br> <br> Because of their inability to allocate payments to the correct accounts"
