I advised the call center agent that the Debt Has Prescribed, this debt is probably 6+ years old.<br> <br> You phoned me about two weeks ago and you send me an SM today again.<br> <br> Please close this account on your books AS IT PRESCRIBED.<br> <br> As far as can remember the Credit Act was amended and it is now illegal to contact and harass people for prescribed debt.<br> <br> Thank you.

I requested the court documents that your adamant that I have signed, I waited two months to receive the docs to my surprise the initials and surname are the same but it is not me, so I requested the correct docs from Pamela I am waiting a month now for the correct docs and Pamela doesn't respond to any of my emails. Hello Pizza Perfect.<br> <br> I write this complaint with a heavy heart, We bought Pizza from the Strubensvalley shop last night, I had a piece of pizza and it didn't taste right, so I had another piece still the same horrible sour taste one of the meat topping were off, So I called the store and the send me a replacement pizza, they said the opened new salami and ham but it had the same sour taste. This is not the first time we order pizza from them with meat being off. I am not sure if they try to push the meats as long as they can but I can tell you I am really disgusted with it.<br> <br> Could you please get this sorted out.<br> <br> Thank you
Could you please update your systems !!! I paid up my SABC TV License Payment of R200 25/03/2015 and payment of R701 27/03/2015 was made settlement amount was R901. Good Day<br> <br> Could you please update you records with Debtsource Ref#251586 I am not Mr Ndlovu, I notified them about a month ago that they have the wrong contact details and still I receive messages from them.<br> <br> Then about two weeks ago my alarm went off, I got back home and didn't find your reaction officers slip at my gate. I then had a look on my CCTV system and saw your car at my gate it stood there for about two min and then just left, the reaction officer didn't even bother to get out of the car. I phoned your call centre and they send him back to me, I asked him why he didn't get out of the car and inspected the property, his answer was that when he approched the property he saw there were spikes on the wall so he knew that no one could climb over and he saw both my dogs at the gate so he knew there was not a problem. He then gave me a F@#$ YOU attitude when I told him surely he needs to get out of the car and just check to see if he can see that everything is ok. I then reported this with your call centre and was told that his manager would contact me this is now two weeks later and I have not heard a word from ADT.
