I have been trying to get hold of you for the past two weeks with absolutely no one answering the phones or responding on my e-mails. I would like the settlement amount on my account so that I can pay it of at the end of the month.<br> <br> Do you guys not want your money?
I ORDERED YOUR SPECIAL 5GIG WIFI PLAN OVER THE INTERNET MORE THAN A WEEK AGO. I HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM ANYONE. NOT EVEN AN E-MAIL. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE TO APPLY VIA THEM. BUT GUESS WHAT, AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF HOLDING ON, STILL DID NOT MANAGE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. I EVEN PHONED THE BRANCH AT MALL @ REDS, BUT SUPRISE SUPRISE, THEIR PHONE ALSO JUST RINGS...... DO YOU GUYS NOT WANT NEW BUSINESS? BY THE LOOK OF THINGS YOU ARE DOING JUST FINE SO I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
On 11/01/2016 I called PG Glass Centurion regarding the replacement of my windscreen. in the 12th, my insurance sent me an sms saying that my claim has been approved, including a ref number. Today is the 26th and STILL NO CALL FROM PG GLASS CENTURION. There call centre is absolutely pathetic. And when they put you through to the store, the people hang up in your ear and / or are very rude. When I queried it, the guy told me I had a 2015 model car, but it is a 2010 model car. That will obviously not be the same windscreen model. What is going on???
