If ever appalling customer service had a face, surely Sandman Plant Newcastle would be it. I paid for the TLB and 4times the scheduled appointment dates could not be honoured...Guess why not? The TLB had a mechanical fault that was being repaired. They never proactively call to inform me of the issue but it was me or my contractor who always called the day before to confirm the appointment & would only then be told it is not available. On the day it finally got available, it almost veered into someone's house due to faulty breaks. It got to site but broke down & could not perform the required function.
