Disappointing service received

Brought in my vehicle on August 8th for what I would regard as a minor exhaust repair. At this point I was promised that the repair process should take 15 working days to complete. It is now September 5th and they keep finding new issues with the vehicle.

My issue is, how come all these “new issues” were not identified during the initial assessment stage?!

I am not happy with the service received but on a positive note, the lady allocated to my car has been able to keep me informed.
