Brought in my vehicle on August 8th for what I would regard as a minor exhaust repair. At this point I was promised that the repair process should take 15 working days to complete. It is now September 5th and they keep finding new issues with the vehicle. My issue is, how come all these “new issues” were not identified during the initial assessment stage?! I am not happy with the service received but on a positive note, the lady allocated to my car has been able to keep me informed.

After many years as an MTN prepaid customer I decided to upgrade to a contract line. I submitted my application online and received a call from one of the sales agent. I specifically asked him it is possible for me to keep my current prepared number on the contract line and he advised me that I can do this once I have received the new sim card. This all turned out to be a misstatement because the instore agents have advise me that this is something that should have been done on the onset of the application process. Now I have no other choice but to cancel the contract and move over to Vo**com as I need to keep my existing number. There seems to be a disconnect between the instore and call center agents.

I went through the ordeal of getting all my electronic devices getting stolen and Naked Insurance really helped to make the situation better. My insurance claim was initiated and approved same day and was able to replace most of the stolen items. The constant updates on the progress of the claim were appreciated. I would definitely recommend these guys.
Firstly, the process of getting your goods insured is seamless and quick, so big ups here. However, the claims process is arduous and slow. I lodged a claim on June 23 for a damaged phone and this process has taken over period of 3 weeks to get resolved. This has been significant inconvenience considering how important a mobile phone is in our day to day lives. Unfortunately this is not the first time, the previous claim took roughly two weeks to process. It would be appreciated if we can get frequent updates on the progress of the claims.
There has been an influx of unauthorized debit orders going off from my MarketLink account that I hold with Standard Bank. Every month I have to call in to get these reversed, however the bank still charges me the debit order fee still despite these debit orders being clearly fraudulent. The customer representative I spoke to indicated that they only to stop this is if I close my account. This is totally unacceptable as I prefer to keep the same account no, secondly, there shouldn't be any debit orders going off from this account in the first place. Seems to be that the bank is not incentivized to do anything about this because they are still getting their fees.
