Contrex Cape Town ****
I ordered an inverter in April and like so many others I seem to have been ****med. They answered one of my mails requesting feedback and nothing for the last few months. The item has not arrived and things are not looking positive at this stage. Total ****. Stay away.

THIS IS A MAJOR ****
I placed an order for a Bluetti 2200W +3x 200W Solar Panels Bluetti AC 2200W+3x 200-watt Solar system on the 2 April 2025. Clearly I should have checked reviews first before doing the payment, they have no contact telephone number just a support email which they responded to once on the 11 April 2025 , confirming they had handed the order to their courier company and would supply a tracking number , to date still no tracking number and no response to my emails.

I placed an order for a Bluetti 2200W +3x 200W Solar Panels Bluetti AC 2200W+3x 200-watt Solar system on the 2 April 2025. Clearly I should have checked reviews first before doing the payment, they have no contact telephone number just a support email which they responded to once on the 11 April 2025 , confirming they had handed the order to their courier company and would supply a tracking number , to date still no tracking number and no response to my emails.

I ordered and paid for a Solar Generator on 28 March 2025. I queried the order on 23 April and was told they would be delivering soon. I received no reply to my enquiry on 28 May.

These people are ****mers. Ordered a solar inverter at the end of March 2025 and haven't received our order. Emails were initially answered with excuses of backlogs and delivery delays with the courier, now emails go unanswered and their website no longer exists. Avoid at all costs! They are ****mers and *******!

****MER CONTREX CAPE TOWN : BEWARE
It has been three months since I ordered and paid for a power and solar system from Contrex. After a lot of e-mails and promises from them I have lost more than R4000. These guys are a ****, be aware that they are *****ing your money with promises of follow up that will be done by their so-called Shipping and Handling team. I see recent positive reviews from people claiming they received their product ordered less than a month ago, while I have made payment three months ago with promises of follow ups every now and then. I think they do these positive replies themselves to ***** even more money from customers. Do not buy from them, you will loose your money.

Undelivered order
Placed an order on 4 April 2025 & paid R4200 for it. It would take 3 working days to check all is in order. Then I was to receive a tracking nr. It is now 28 April & I cannot get my tracking nr out of Contrex Capetown. Delivery should have been in 7 working days. Now I am wondering if I have been ****med.
