Exceptional service from The Mattress Warehouse! Jadene Packrisamy went above and beyond to help me with an urgent bed order. She personally followed up with Fever Tree to fast-track my credit application and even arranged for delivery tomorrow instead of next week. I was kept updated the entire day. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional and efficient, but also truly compassionate. Thank you, Jadene — you made a stressful situation so much easier.
These people are ****mers. Ordered a solar inverter at the end of March 2025 and haven't received our order. Emails were initially answered with excuses of backlogs and delivery delays with the courier, now emails go unanswered and their website no longer exists. Avoid at all costs! They are ****mers and *******!
I ordered a treadmill and they deducted the subscription amount on 25/11/2023. It is now almost two weeks (08/12/2023) later and I have no treadmill and no feedback. I have sent numerous emails to enquire and these people simply don't get back to you. They also don't have a contact number to phone which makes it impossible to find out what the hell is going on! Pathetic service. They take your money and disappear. I will never deal with this company again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same.
<p>So on the 5th of January we applied for the uncapped fibre promo of R799 per month, which would include free installation, free modem, free WiFi extender... when they sent the technicians to do the installation they did not bring the free range extender, upon enquiry they told me to take it up with the branch.</p> <p>I went to the telkom hillcrest branch to enquire and was told the posters advertising this promotion were only put up after our application was processed on the 5th and that's why we didn't get a range extender and only a free modem?! I explicitly told the lady that the poster was up on the 5th when I was at the branch, and that the time that they put their poster up had nothing to do with the promo - the promo is for the month of January, our application was done on the 5th of January hence we should have received the extender...</p> <p>I asked to speak to management and was informed that the manager was not there and that the lady would speak to her about this matter when she did come in. I have not had any response from the branch at all...</p> <p>I find it ridiculous that the branch is insisting that when a promotion is running it is only valid for a branch once they put the poster up, it's a nation wide promo for goodness sake - so if employees are lazy and don't put the advertising posters up when received you don't qualify for the free products even though it's a promotion for the whole of January... absolute nonsense...</p> <p>I actually do not care for the extender, it's just the principle of the whole thing. Do not let telkom cheat you, ensure that they specify in writing exactly what you are getting with a promo they are running, as you don't want to be told afterwards that you didn't qualify because they didn't put the poster up until after your application was processed...</p>
