We booked in from 13 to 17 may. Hydro park Sandton suite 818.
We read the rules and no where did it say anything about imposing a fine if rules are not followed or how much one will be fined or electricity been cut off. We were fined R2000 and electricity cut off, they demanded we pay this amount in order for the electricity to be turned on. When I asked for proof showing electricity was cut off.. No response. All they wanted was the money. Security works hand in hand with thr host. As it is a money a king racket. Security is useless.. Rude.. Arrogant..
The hosts promised everything in the apartment is working and the place is clean.
Security could not get out biometrics to work. Wasted an hour or more with them on check in and All they did was grin.
Netflix did not work.. Excuse.. We will check Dryer did not work.. Excuse not part of apartment Infested with ****roaches Loose electric wire exposed. . All they want to do is rip people off.. When questioned about the fine.. And asking for this to be shown in their rules.. No response.
We going legal with our case.. These people are ****mers.. *******.. Avoid this place.. Their are better cleaner apartments elsewhere.
I wish we never booked their.. Wonder how they sleep at night.. But what goes around comes around..
