On the 6.12. I went to woolworths kzn. Hayfields brach in pmb.. Purchases a few items and one of these was blueberries tubs.. I live a distance away from the store and rely on public transport.. So the berries were moldy. I took pictures of this as well as proof of purchased and emailed woolworths customer care as well as woolworths now now service. To date no reply.. Response or an apology Dissatisfied with service as well the product.
We booked in from 13 to 17 may. Hydro park Sandton suite 818. We read the rules and no where did it say anything about imposing a fine if rules are not followed or how much one will be fined or electricity been cut off. We were fined R2000 and electricity cut off, they demanded we pay this amount in order for the electricity to be turned on. When I asked for proof showing electricity was cut off.. No response. All they wanted was the money. Security works hand in hand with thr host. As it is a money a king racket. Security is useless.. Rude.. Arrogant.. The hosts promised everything in the apartment is working and the place is clean. Security could not get out biometrics to work. Wasted an hour or more with them on check in and All they did was grin. Netflix did not work.. Excuse.. We will check Dryer did not work.. Excuse not part of apartment Infested with ****roaches Loose electric wire exposed. . All they want to do is rip people off.. When questioned about the fine.. And asking for this to be shown in their rules.. No response. We going legal with our case.. These people are ****mers.. *******.. Avoid this place.. Their are better cleaner apartments elsewhere. I wish we never booked their.. Wonder how they sleep at night.. But what goes around comes around..
I am still waiting for a copy of my IRP5 form.. This has been going on for 3 months already. I have worked at the pmb Epol branch and to date nobody in the entire organization of RCL can issue me with my IRP5 form. I have tried calling.. Emailed Mr SImphiwe Shwebede several times.. Not even an acknowledgement or response from him. .emailed management still no joy.. I really don't understand.. What is so difficult.. Really
I have been trying to obtain a copy of my IRP5 form from this company.. It's now going into 2 months and still no joy.. Staff at the Pmb office have tried to assist to no avail. I have also sent an email to Mr Cruikshank requesting he intervene.. Guess what.. No response. When and if the management of Rcl foods get this message.. I hope they are proactive.. Highly doubtful. They can obtain my information from their HR representative at the Pmb office.. Mr Schwebede
Deposited money on March 24th 2022. Money not reflecting in account. So called superhero agents.. Tai pei.. Bombay etc all say it takes 24hr..48hrs...spoke to team leader today she is telling me of the deposit on the 25th. This is after sending proof of deposit on the 24th. All I want to know is we're is the deposit of the 24ht March 2022. Its went off my bank account.. Hence emailed proof.. Nothing done to date.. Please be very careful..
I own a Ghd 6.0 and took excellent care of the product,now the plates are not heating up and I was told by Ghd sales team in Durban that there are no spares for this unit and I have to buy a new GHD, This is a rip off because these products are so expensive , can someone help
