SANLAM SKY DEDUCTING MONEY FOR DECEASED FOR 2 YEARS

My family passed away in 2023 and Sanlam Sky is still deducting money for the deceased. They run a ********* business - taking money from a 73 pensioner every money for deceased for the passed 2 years. No response on calls & emails from 1) *** 2) *** 3) *** 4) ***
