WORSE EXPERIENCE FOR TWO-POT CLAIMS

I am greatly disappointed in Sanlam services regarding two-pot withdrawal claims. I submitted my application on the 5th May 2026 and after doing numerous follow-ups on the live chat , today on the 27th May the agent advices that the application is still in process and is not yet finalized. The agent requested a tax directive from SARS on 25/05/2026, this is the only company that takes so long without any communication and if u reach out which is rarely successful you don't get much answers.

Would not recommend anyone to have a annuity at Sanlam because seemingly with claims you will have challenges.
