Bad customer service KFC sandridge

On the 08 of January i bought dunked wings and they gave dunked crunchy, I returned my order which I used my petrol and when I get in there I found the cashier that assisted me and she was very rude her name is Elizabeth. I told her you gave me the wrong order she said I must go and look for my slip which I did went to the car and look for my slip unfortunately I couldn’t find the slip then when I got back to the restaurant I told her I can’t find my slip then I’ve been standing there waiting for my dunked then after some minutes I told her I need my order then she shaked the bag of food carelessly she said but here is your order which was very rude and embarrassing I couldn’t even get apology or proper treatment but I what she did was to embarrass me in front of people raising her voice as if I was trying to make up stories.
