I ordered just after 7pm a all Star box meal and fully loaded box meal with buddy coke and oreo. When I got home the mash from the fully loaded box meal was all over the food. Not even packed properly when I collected. I took pictures and advised the manager on phone call. This is poor service and like a hand me down meal which I gave to my dog. Unfortunately I did not return the meal but send pictures on whatsapp to the manager +27 67 724 3611 because I collected the order after work returning home in Melville. Please can my order be replaced with another meal and my money refunded back to me and the person that packed my order be taken to task. I need a call from KFC head office and email leon.roets01@gmail.com on the way forward

The security and member of staff refused to let me enter despite having allowed an Indian lady that was in front of me. They then closed on my face, they alleged she was going to the till which was not true

Saturday I went to clicks to buy myself some few things,I remember looking for a specific product in the store I wasn't able to find it,I asked one of the stuff to help me look for it,He was so friendly and very respectful when I was asking for help....Even the Security Officer that was on duty was very friendly..... Keep up the good work guys.

Saturday I went to clicks to buy myself some few things,I remember looking for a specific product in the store I wasn't able to find it,I asked one of the stuff to help me look for it,He was so friendly and very respectful when I was asking for help....Even the Security Officer that was on duty was very friendly..... On the 08 of January i bought dunked wings and they gave dunked crunchy, I returned my order which I used my petrol and when I get in there I found the cashier that assisted me and she was very rude her name is Elizabeth. I told her you gave me the wrong order she said I must go and look for my slip which I did went to the car and look for my slip unfortunately I couldn’t find the slip then when I got back to the restaurant I told her I can’t find my slip then I’ve been standing there waiting for my dunked then after some minutes I told her I need my order then she shaked the bag of food carelessly she said but here is your order which was very rude and embarrassing I couldn’t even get apology or proper treatment but I what she did was to embarrass me in front of people raising her voice as if I was trying to make up stories. I was verbally attacked by the nurses at the vaccination site. The gentleman who was there first said they had the vaccine and that I just needed to get the form from Clicks only to get back and to have him tell me that it was finished. What really made me angry was he did not want to admit he made a mistake and instead proceeded to insult and even when I was walking away he kept screaming at me using vulgar. I am disappointed and will be reporting him further. That is not any way of speaking to customers. I work in client services and one thing I know, regardless of the situation we don't disrespect customers. Time wasted.

Sanridge shopping centre has installed a charge of R2.00 to use the toilets. This would be fine, except the toilets were filthy Monday 14th June. Pay for service at least
