I went to hungry lion carslworld Midrand for the first time ever after work and my order was placed at 18h50. The lady informed me at the till point it will take approximately 6 minutes which I thought would be real quick. I went to spar quickly to do shopping and returned at around 19h12 thinking that sufficient time was provided to pick up and drive home to Melville after a long Exhausting day. The guy that was checking the orders were handing out completed orders after I provided my slip and he literally picked up my order three times and put it back on the tray and obviously I spotted my bag and continued monitoring the situation. Eventually I asked the cashier about my order and I was bluntly ignored. I waited another 5 minutes and eventually insisted on the manager with contact details 0726342485 for karabo ma***oane which only then attend to the delay. The only thing that was added to the order and package was just 2 cokes nothing else was inserted into the package. I was disgusted the way my order was handled after there was nothing to be added except 2 cokes and the guy handing out the order intentionally ignored my order. I need to be refunded for this or my meal replaced and delivered at a arranged address because I will not take this lightly and also contact your head office and escalated to the CPA. I ordered just after 7pm a all Star box meal and fully loaded box meal with buddy coke and oreo. When I got home the mash from the fully loaded box meal was all over the food. Not even packed properly when I collected. I took pictures and advised the manager on phone call. This is poor service and like a hand me down meal which I gave to my dog. Unfortunately I did not return the meal but send pictures on whatsapp to the manager +27 67 724 3611 because I collected the order after work returning home in Melville. Please can my order be replaced with another meal and my money refunded back to me and the person that packed my order be taken to task. Why is MiWay trying to deduct money for my policy on the 23rd if my debit date is 28 of each month? This is now the second time. Please credit my premium for this month immediately or I will cancel my policy
