Both so called companies share the same phone number 011 0178629 support@norlam.co za This debt has been moved to 5 different debt collectors over the past 10 -12 years.

1. I was ****med by someone on Multichoice and they will not take responsibility and refund me 2. I short paid about R50.00 and they cut my service. As a result I was held to ransom to pay a min if R420.00 to reconnect. Actually I was given 3 different amounts. 3 Their invoicing is confusing with charging and crediting access fees and showmax which is free with premium. 4. They say they called me, but I have no missed calls from them. 5. Trying to resolve on wattsapp was a waste of time. Not impressed. Don't know why I had to be forced to pay this amount for reconnection for such a small amount.

Capitec locked my tax free account. 5 werks and I atill cant get my money. They log incudents and say resolved.they claim to have called me but nothing my side. Ive been verified in the bank 3 x, why must they phone you 3 days later to get your money. Capitec is going down the s hole. Im sick of this . I csll thr call centre. They someone will call me now. Still waiting. What if I didnt have a phone, surely security in bank is enough
Sanridge shopping centre has installed a charge of R2.00 to use the toilets. This would be fine, except the toilets were filthy Monday 14th June. Pay for service at least
How can Mangwanani sell discounted vouchers and 1. Wrong phone no for The Pivot on the voucher 2. The central booking confirms there is space but wont take my booking because I must confirm with The Pivot if they can see me. 3. This is false advertising, they take your money but wait if they can get a half day full price booking before they accept your 90 min.special. 4. The hospital and the specialist do not have the common decency to call the family about their loved one who they cant see or talk to due to Covid19. Not even to call and get the full medical history and treatment and keep you informed on what they doing for the patient. Plus my husband was discharged with a pressure sore and with no treatment plan on discharge. Poor nursing care plus slipper shoes stolen by staff. Every time I called I was told his sleeping. No wonder he has pressure wound. Why do the hospitals not have a better plan to communicate with the family. What happened to DO NO HARM. One exception Dr. Basson did call but not every day. Each specialist looks at things in isolation and not the patient holistically. This had caused unnecessary stress to the patient and family. Treat the patient as a family unit please
1.My LO was admitted twice at Sunninghill hospital. Instead of treating his Delirium they simply discharged him with no post care plan. 2. The Doctors dont bother to keep you informed of what they doing for the patient during this Covid pandemic when you unable to visit your LO. When you call the hospital you get told nothing except his sleeping or had a good night. This is when the hospital and doctors have to communicate with the family for the mental health of the family and the patient. What happened to DO NO HARM! Only one exception Dr. Puttergill who called me twice a day.
I cancelled by phone and adsl line August 2018. Suddenly 14 months later, I am now harrassed by DEBTIN for monies not paid. At the time of cancelling my phone I was in credit with Telkom. Emails to telkom get send back. I am now being invoiced with a different account number and harassed by DEBTIN. I am waiting for their email to send my proof of cancellation.
